RAPTERM Ltd. is the company responsible for the service centre of the RAP Group consortium. RAPTERM Ltd. offers maintenance and after sales services provided by our experienced and skilled specialists.

The maintenance services include:

Preventive maintenance
The preventive maintenance activities are performed according to the contract. These operations guarantee the continuous functioning of the production flow at normal parameters. RATERM offers the necessary stock of exchange parts for the equipment that is under contract with the service company in accordance with the technical evaluation for each part.

Intervention upon request
Mobile teams intervene on the users request to make repairs with specialized personnel, in the field of activity of RAPTERM Ltd.

Service in warranty and post warranty for all systems installed by the RAP Group companies.
RAP Group Company’s offers a minimal warranty period of 12 months for own products. For products that we purchased the warranty terms offered by our suppliers are fully transferred at the beneficiary.

Training of the maintenance personnel
The training of the customer’s personnel is done during the works, which automatically leads to the personnel getting familiarized with the installations and equipment both from a technical point of view and from the perspective of the service and preventive maintenance operations.
